Why Sporty’s Awards and Engravings?

Sporty’s does not view its products as the output of an assembly line. Each plaque and award is unique, just as each customer is unique. At Sporty’s, we thrive on forming relationships and fitting our awards to the sensibilities of our customers as individuals. You are welcome to call our small shop and talk to us, and we’re always happy to send a proof for customers who are unable to visit the store. We take the time to ensure that our customers are satisfied, and just as importantly, that the recipients of their awards will be proud of what they have received.

We at Sporty’s are also ready to take on laser engraving challenges. If it can be engraved well, we’ll venture to engrave it. Sporty’s has engraved items such as swords, hatchets, and various pieces of wood brought in by customers. We’ve even engraved a small helicopter blade or two, and a pizza cutter. Call or come by to see if your item is right for laser engraving.

Our Story

In 1989, Troy McNalley founded Sporty’s Awards. In the following decades, he garnered a reputation for excellence and prompt production of awards and trophies. Under his leadership, Sporty’s has provided quality products at affordable prices, gaining the trust of individuals, corporations, government offices, schools, sports leagues, and military personnel in the Clarksville area.

In 2020, Troy sold the business to Daniel and Drue Cantey. Troy spent the following months training Daniel to maintain the same superior practices and products that built Sporty’s success. The Canteys intend to run Sporty’s as a family business, continuing its tradition of service to the local community and beyond.
